Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely preparation and delivery of fresh flowers. For this reason, online cancellations are not available.

However, we understand that special circumstances may arise. If you need to request a cancellation, please call us at +91-9008789490 or email orders@curatorsstudio.com as soon as possible. Each request will be evaluated individually based on:

  • How much time has passed since the order was placed
  • Whether the flowers have already been sourced
  • The delivery date and current stage of order processing
  • The nature of the exceptional circumstance

Please note that we source our flowers specifically for each order to maintain the highest quality and freshness, which significantly limits our ability to accommodate cancellation requests.

2. Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The arrangement arrives significantly damaged (photographic evidence required within 24 hours of delivery)
  • The arrangement was not delivered within the specified delivery window (excluding circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or incorrect delivery information)
  • The arrangement differs substantially from what was ordered (beyond reasonable seasonal substitutions)
  • A cancellation request was approved by our customer service team

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Refund Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at refunds@curatorsstudio.com or call +91-9008789490
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Include clear photographs showing the condition of the arrangement if applicable
  4. Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Subscription Services

For subscription services, future deliveries can be canceled through your account dashboard. However, any deliveries already in process or scheduled within the next 48 hours must be addressed through direct contact by phone or email for potential cancellation consideration.

To cancel a subscription, please log into your account or contact our customer service team.

5. Special Orders

Custom or special orders follow the same subjective cancellation policy. Due to their unique nature, these orders typically have even stricter cancellation limitations but may still be considered in exceptional circumstances through direct contact.
