Due to the perishable nature of our products, we take extra care in packaging and shipping to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery details will be provided to you before you place the order.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

Local Delivery: Available in Delhi NCR
Metropolitan Areas: Same-day delivery available on request through call or whatsapp

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer free delivery for all orders above ₹499.

Shipping rates may vary during peak seasons and holidays. Special promotions offering free shipping may be available periodically.

4. Delivery Timeframes

For all local deliveries, we offer morning (9 AM - 3 PM) and afternoon (3 PM - 6 PM) delivery windows.

During major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery times may be extended due to high volume. We recommend placing orders well in advance for these occasions.

5. Special Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout. This may include:

Gate or door codes
Building or apartment numbers
Preferred location to leave the arrangement if no one is available
Business delivery information (floor, department, etc.)

While we will try our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
